Between vendors, guest lists, and decorations, event planning can be a difficult task. Rest assured, Palms Party Planner has over 15 years of experience planning and running events. We are capable of managing your entire event, start to finish, so you can enjoy the festivities with all of your guests. Our goal is to help make your vision a reality without any of the heartache.
We offer various event packages from budget friendly to bespoke services. Upon scheduling a consultation, we’ll help you select the option that best suits the event you have in mind.
Planning & Preparation
Event planning can become overwhelming very quickly, but Palms Party Planners’ vast event planning support can provide an extra voice and set of hands to make your vision a reality. Whether its rounding up vendors, mailing out invites, creating a timeline or even sourcing decorations no detail is too big or too small for us to handle.
Vendors & Venues
Vendor and venue selection is almost as difficult a choice as choosing your outfit. Almost. But its one more worry we can take off your hands. Palms Party Planner has a variety of tried and true vendors to choose from. Already have a caterer and photographer in mind? No problem. Seen something on social media you want to replicate? Send us a link. Thinking of theme that’s become part of your personality? We’ll find the decorations. Don’t sweat the small stuff. That’s our job.
Execution & Clean-up
You should not be arguing with caterers and chauffeuring guests at your own event, leave that to us. Whether we planned your event or not, we are more than happy to help run the show. Your place should be with your guests, not behind the curtain. We will meet with you ahead of time to go over all of the details as well as skillfully handle any hiccups on the day-of, including the clean up afterwards.

Total event budgets can vary widely depending on everything from the venue select and number of guests to making RSVPs. But do not worry, we will help you select vendors and venues capable of enacting your vision while remaining within your budget.

No, we do not supply alcohol, open bars, or drink tickets. Most venues do not allow outside alcohol. If you wish to have these at your event, you will need to source and manage the vendor yourself.

We primarily serve Houston, where we are based, and the surrounding cities of Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, College Station, and Galveston. However, with proper notice, we can service destination events.

You do! We provide a portfolio of tried and trued vendors with excellent results for you to select from. Or, if you have your own preferences, we can work with them. We are always happy to meet new people!

Yes! If you have a custom event, or do not see an event listed, please contact us to schedule a consultation so we can find out how best to service you.

Please provide a list of food, floral, or any other relevant allergies for us to avoid. We will communicate it to vendors and properly mark or label any items that may contain or be contaminated.
For floral allergies, if you do not know which flowers to avoid, silk flowers are beautiful substitute that last much longer.

Same as allergies! provide us a list of what to avoid or provide alternatives for and we will collaborate with your caterers to make sure there is enough food for everyone!
