Planning a wedding is a difficult task, especially when it is yours! Rest assured, Palms Party Planner has over 15 years of experience planning and running events. We are capable of managing your entire event, start to finish, so you can focus on what really matters: each other. Our goal is to help your wedding experience be as unique and special as you.

We offer various wedding event packages from budget friendly to bespoke services (even helicopters!). Upon scheduling a consultation, we’ll help you select the option that best suits the event you have in mind.

Planning & Preparation

Wedding planning can become overwhelming very quickly, but they are worth the effort. You should not have to compromise any aspect. Palms Party Planners vast Event Planning Support can provide an extra voice and set of hands to make your dream a reality.

We will work with you every step of the way to help taste cakes, design your floral arrangements and decorations, send out invites, and even choose your outfits. No detail is too big or too small for us to handle.

Choosing a vendor and venue is almost as difficult as choosing your wedding dress. Almost. But its one more worry we can take off your hands. Palms Party Planner has a variety of tried and true vendors to choose from. Already have a caterer and photographer in mind? No problem. Have a particular Destination Wedding in mind? We’ll help you scope it out. Thinking of theme that’s become part of your personality? We’ll find the decorations. Our goal is to help ensure the only thing getting hitched at your wedding is the Bride and Groom.

Execution & Clean-up

You should not be arguing with caterers and chauffeuring guests at your own wedding, leave that to us. Whether we planned your wedding or not, we are more than happy to help show run. We will meet with you ahead of time to go over all of the details as well as skillfully handle any hiccups on your wedding day, including the clean up afterwards.

Don’t see your question?

  • It depends on what you are looking for. wedding planning prices and costs can vary drastically depending on venues and services required. but we will do our best to fit your budget!

  • No, we do not supply alcohol, open bars, or drink tickets. Most venues do not allow outside alcohol. If you wish to have these at your event, you will need to source and manage the vendor yourself.

  • We primarily serve Houston, where we are based, and the surrounding cities of Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, College Station, and Galveston. However, with proper notice, we can service destination events.

  • You do! We provide a portfolio of tried and trued vendors with excellent results for you to select from. Or, if you have your own preferences, we can work with them. We are always happy to meet new people!

  • Yes! If you have a custom event, or do not see an event listed, please contact us to schedule a consultation so we can find out how best to service you.

  • Please provide a list of food, floral, or any other relevant allergies for us to avoid. We will communicate it to vendors and properly mark or label any items that may contain or be contaminated.

    For floral allergies, if you do not know which flowers to avoid, silk flowers are beautiful substitute that last much longer.

  • Same as allergies! provide us a list of what to avoid or provide alternatives for and we will collaborate with your caterers to make sure there is enough food for everyone!

  • Not to worry! We have skilled in-house florists who can help you pick the perfect arrangement, from color to meaning, suitable for your occasion.
